SASSTeens

 This is a term run program for teenagers aged 13 – 16 years.  This program builds on the foundation movements taught in SASSKids.  Classes focus on the 9 foundational movements of functional fitness, Olympic weightlifting technique and skill and gymnastics.  If your teen wants to increase speed, power and explosiveness whilst building valuable health and fitness habits.
