STRENGTH

This class focuses on building foundational strength which is transferable to all types of training and strength sports.  Our class is programmed with compound lifts, accessory work and functional strength movements by our very own NZ Powerlifting champion and CrossFit coach Sara.  Strength will complement your training routine to help you reach your fitness goals.
