The "DISCIPLINE GAMES" is a competition made up of a broad range of Discipline Performance 7 minute sets which we call “D7” These movements are the basis of our exercise program, this could include anything from functional body weight exercises to kettlebell or barbell work. The goal is to find the fittest D7 athletes.
